Title: Oracle Technical Program Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Local Only)
Pay Rate: $47.00-50.00/hr on W2/C2C (All Inclusive)
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Technical Program Manager to join our team for a 6-month onsite project in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Oracle Platform operations, governance, change management, and delivery. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead Oracle implementation, upgrade, migration, and support initiatives across cross-functional technical and business teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience managing Oracle Platform operations, governance, change management, and delivery.
- Experience in planning, execution, delivery tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication for Oracle platform programs.
- Proven ability to drive governance for Oracle programs by maintaining project plans, status reporting, issue escalation, change management, and delivery compliance.
- Ability to coordinate with Oracle technical teams, vendors, business users, and leadership to ensure timely delivery of milestones and resolution of dependencies.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Project Management certification or experience.
- Experience in supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Oracle platform programs, including planning, execution, and delivery tracking.
- Lead Oracle implementation, upgrade, migration, and support initiatives.
- Ensure Oracle solutions meet business requirements, operational standards, security guidelines, and quality expectations.
