We believe in values-driven leadership, a collaborative atmosphere, and a culture that encourages creativity, mentorship, and continuous learning.Location: Amarillo, TXWhat You'll DoServe as an escalation point for Tier 1 support across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices.Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues involving endpoints, networks, infrastructure, and cloud services.Administer and support core networking environments, including firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, VPNs, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and routing.Support and optimize cloud platforms and modern IT environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and other SaaS infrastructure.Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable cloud and hybrid architecture for client environments.Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions that improve reliability, performance, and security.Design and implement automation scripts and tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to streamline support and administration tasks.Collaborate with engineers and project teams on deployments, migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.Maintain and enhance our internal knowledge base with clear documentation, diagrams, troubleshooting steps, and technical standards.Participate in a one-week rotating on-call schedule (emergencies are rare).Mentor Tier 1 technicians and contribute to a culture of technical growth and operational excellence.What You BringRequired3–5 years of hands‑on IT support, systems administration, or MSP experience.Strong troubleshooting skills across desktops, servers, networking, and cloud platforms.Advanced knowledge of networking concepts and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and firewall management.Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.Familiarity with Azure infrastructure and cloud architecture concepts, including identity, virtual machines, storage, networking, and security best practices.Experience working with virtualization platforms, backup systems, and business continuity solutions.Strong verbal and written communication, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly to end users and document solutions thoroughly.A proactive, self‑starting attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and client success.Nice‑to‑HaveHyper‑V/VM ware experienceFamiliarity with traditional RDS environments and AVDNetwork+, Security+, Microsoft, Azure, or equivalent certifications.Experience with firewalls, managed switches, wireless platforms, and network monitoring tools.Experience with remote‑monitoring and management (RMM) tools and PSA/ticketing systems.Scripting or automation experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.Exposure to cloud migrations, infrastructure projects, and security hardening.Experience in an MSP environment supporting multiple client networks and environments.Perks & Benefits401(k) with 3% matchMedical, Dental & Vision (PPO + $1,200/yr HSA match)Life & Disability InsuranceIn‑building Gym AccessFlexible Work Hours & Generous PTODonut Friday & Quarterly Team EventsProfessional Development StipendA Culture That Celebrates Wins —from impromptu happy hours to holiday parties.EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled#J-18808-Ljbffr
