Information Technology & Systems Market Director

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology & Systems Market Director to provide strategic and operational technology leadership within a healthcare environment. This role will collaborate across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams while supporting technology systems and IT operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines healthcare IT experience with strong leadership capabilities and an understanding of the technology, security, compliance, and operational requirements of a hospital environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or 7+ years of relevant experience
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hospital IT operations
• Experience supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance
• Project management experience
• Experience supporting multi-site hospital IT operations
• Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships
• Experience leading and developing IT staff
• Knowledge of healthcare IT industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Awareness of emerging trends and technologies within healthcare IT
