A hospital in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking a senior-level Information Technology & Systems Market Director. The director will oversee initiatives encompassing hospital IT operations, and will be accountable for maintaining effective technology infrastructure across the market.
What we're looking for.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field required, or 7+ years of direct experience
- At least 3 years in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments
- Preferred: Demonstrated experience with hospital IT operations, EHR systems, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and project management
- Preferred: Experience with multi-site hospital IT operations
- Preferred: Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in healthcare IT
- Preferred: Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and IT staff development
Compensation. $101,000 - $136,000 per year
