Information Technology & Systems Market Director

A hospital in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking a senior-level Information Technology & Systems Market Director. This is an on-site role requiring regular in-person presence at a specific location, with up to 20% travel expected. Visa sponsorship is not available, and relocation assistance is not provided.

The role. The Market Director will provide leadership and direction over information technology and systems functions within a healthcare environment spanning multiple sites. This position requires close collaboration across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams to align IT strategy with organizational goals. The director will oversee initiatives encompassing hospital IT operations, and will be accountable for maintaining effective technology infrastructure across the market.

What we're looking for.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field required, or 7+ years of direct experience
• At least 3 years in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments
• Preferred: Demonstrated experience with hospital IT operations, EHR systems, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and project management
• Preferred: Experience with multi-site hospital IT operations
• Preferred: Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in healthcare IT
• Preferred: Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and IT staff development

Compensation. $101,000 - $136,000 per year
