Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Information Technology Manager I, the Information Technology Supervisor I will act as supervisor and team lead over the help desk team of IT Associates who are charged with supporting the CCC's IT user base and their related technologies. This includes mobile devices (iPhones and iPads), Microsoft Windows laptops/PCs, software and management platforms, as well as user account and group management in Active Directory/Intra. The incumbent will also carry out tasks in the Client Services and Information Security Engineering domains, and other domains as needed.

Working Conditions

The reporting location for this position is at CCC HQ located at 1719 24th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816.

Please Note: This position is classified as "Hybrid" and is currently eligible for full time telework due to on-going renovations at CCC Headquarters (HQ) located at 1719 24th Street, Sacramento, CA. However:

  • You may be occasionally required to work from the CCC Sacramento Center location (570 Bercut Drive, Sacramento, CA) based on business need (printing, mailing, meetings, etc.).
  • Once HQ renovations are complete, you will be notified and the in-office reporting location will revert to HQ (anticipated return is July or later) and this position will revert to a "Hybrid" schedule of up to three days of telework per week, with a minimum of two days of in-office work.
  • Effective July 1, 2026, there is a Statewide mandate that requires a work schedule of four days of in-office work per week for all "Hybrid" eligible positions.
