What You'll Do:
We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Supervisor to lead our Gaming Systems/UAT team in analyzing and acceptance testing of all gaming vendor software and all Ohio Lottery Commission internal and external software modifications related to the central gaming system vendor.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will supervise a team of Business Process Analysts, manage user acceptance testing and serve as the primary contact with the central gaming vendor. You will combine technical expertise with strong people leadership to drive team performance, foster collaboration, and deliver business value. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Business Process Analysts
Manage the analysis and acceptance testing of all gaming vendor software and all Ohio Lottery Commission internal and external software modifications related to the central gaming system, prior to production installation
Manage the gathering, creation and coordination of technical and business requirements related to gaming vendor software and Ohio Lottery Commission internal and external software modifications related to the central gaming system
Oversee, assign and prioritize work for analyzing and testing of all new and modified applications of the central gaming vendor.
Review program and system documentation and test results
Manage the creation of detailed acceptance testing scripts required for acceptance testing of gaming vendor software and OLC internal software related to the central gaming system.
Review and/or develop gaming vendor system and OLC system test data and procedures and oversee and monitor system test results
Serve as primary contact with the gaming vendor for daily operations and issues including maintaining open lines of communication, notifying the gaming vendor of issues, receiving and resolving central gaming issues, providing daily operational updates to the vendor, etc.
Enforce unit standards, policies and procedures
Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and technical training for the team
Perform other duties and work on special projects
7 1/2 years (90 months) experience commensurate with job duties to be performed & knowledges & skills required as outlined in approved position description on file for position to be filled as advertised in job posting; 12 months experience in performing project management functions as defined in series purpose.
