Student Worker position in Information Technology

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming questions and issues related to computer systems (Windows, Mac), software (Microsoft Office Suite, Web Browsers), and hardware.

Respond to questions either in person or over the phone.

Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.

Re image Computers.

Pickup and Setup computers.

Some weekend work required.

Other duties as assigned
