We hire people who have done the mission, we pay them accordingly, and we keep them on programs where their experience compounds instead of getting reset every recompete.About the RoleCadence Coalition is building the team for a U.S. Central Command operational enterprise services program. We are seeking an Information Technology Project Manager with a Theater Air and Missile Defense background to serve as Key Personnel supporting USCENTCOM TAMD planning, current operations, and coalition integration.If you have run air and missile defense operations in uniform and want to keep working the mission from the combatant command staff, this is that role. This is a named, proposal-critical position - the selected candidate will be identified by name in our proposal and must be available to begin work on the contract start date.What You'll DoSupport USCENTCOM Theater Air and Missile Defense planning, current operations, contingency planning, and exercise support.Participate in operational planning teams, boards, and working groups; develop and maintain planning and staffing products.Prepare highly sensitive tactical products for publication in USCENTCOM Night Orders, Execution Orders, and weapon system engagement criteria.Manage operational information across U.S. and coalition communications environments and provide senior-leader decision support.Support Israeli Integrated Air and Missile Defense and broader IAMD planning, subject-matter expertise, and combined and multinational exercises and training.Support Counter-UAS efforts, including requirements analysis, capability staffing and resourcing, integration of new systems into the area of responsibility, and synchronization across USCENTCOM, component commands, and the Joint Staff.Facilitate the USCENTCOM Air and Missile Defense Working Group and related security cooperation, regional integration, and interoperability efforts; coordinate CONUS and OCONUS events.Respond to requests for information and assistance and support mission-surge staffing in a 24/7/365 operational environment.Required QualificationsMinimum of five (5) years of experience within the past ten (10) years in Theater Air and Missile Defense weapon systems operational and technical integration.Bachelor's degree - required - in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Military Science, or a related technical STEM discipline.Recent experience (within the past ten years) in air and missile defense weapon systems, fire control operations, or related defense programs.Functional proficiency preparing highly sensitive tactical products for publication in Night Orders, Execution Orders, and weapon system engagement criteria.Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearanceS. citizenship.Desired QualificationsTechnical and operational understanding of emerging and fielded C-UAS systems, including kinetic and non-kinetic defeat mechanisms.Prior service as a military officer or senior non-commissioned office- Fire Control Officer, Battery Commander, System Manager, or similar in air defense artillery, missile defense, or weapon systems operations.Technical and operational knowledge of Patriot, THAAD, Aegis BMD, NASAMS, or IBCS.Experience coordinating multinational joint military exercises, operational planning, or simulation events within the USCENTCOM area of responsibility.Experience managing migration of separate networks into a single WAN, routine system maintenance and troubleshooting, software upgrade installation, network performance management, and enhancement recommendations.Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.What We Need From You Up FrontThis position is proposed as Key Personnel.
