About the Role
Join a dynamic technology team as a Full Stack Web Developer III responsible for designing, building, and leading robust web applications. Independently deliver high-impact features across modern frontend and backend technologies, while engineering secure, scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure. As a technical leader, you'll shape the architecture of complex systems, drive software best practices, and elevate the team's technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of full stack web applications, ensuring seamless integration between frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
- Design, implement, and optimize responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or Blazor
- Build and maintain scalable backend services with C#/.NET, integrating SQL Server and cloud-native components
- Develop, test, and deploy APIs, authentication flows, and secure application layers
- Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines leveraging Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
- Conduct application threat modeling, enforce secure coding practices, and participate in code reviews
- Modernize legacy systems, refactor codebases, and troubleshoot distributed application issues
- Mentor junior developers, contribute to solution strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Blazor, .NET, Azure, React or Angular
- Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS
- API development and integration
- CI/CD pipeline creation and management
- Git source control and automated testing
- SQL Server database expertise
- Strong understanding of cloud-native hosting and security best practices (WAF, Oauth, Key Vault)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot)
- MCP certification
- RAG, Agent development, AI Architecture, AI Security
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
