What you will do:
Assists the IT Technician II in the installation and troubleshooting of Personal Computers, related Sub-Systems and peripherals, or modifications to existing systems.
Required Education:
2 or 4 year degree in progress in relevant Course of Studies
Required Skills:
Analytical skills, Communication skills, Problem-Solving skills, Time Management skills
Required Experience:
Course of Studies in progress – aligned with Information Technology Career Path. Base level technical skill set and understanding. Comfortable in working with IT systems/applications.
