LHH is seeking a dependable and technically skilled IT Help Desk Technician for a fantastic real estate company in Sandy Springs. This role will provide day‑to‑day technology support for a growing organization of 100+ employees. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues, ensuring reliable IT operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on Help Desk support for over 100 employees, addressing technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices
Install, configure, and maintain software across servers, workstations, laptops, and other end-user devices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and Adobe Acrobat/PDF software
Support and maintain current versions of Windows Server environments
Assist with product research, procurement, and ordering of IT equipment and software
Travel to satellite offices as needed for onsite maintenance, troubleshooting, and system support
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Strong work ethic with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Adobe Acrobat and PDF software
Proven problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
Experience supporting current versions of Windows Server
Web or basic networking experience is a plus
Willingness and ability to travel to satellite office locations as needed
