Work Location: Remote with occasional travel Miami or Atlanta
Duration of Assignment: 12+ Months
Pay Rate Range: $90.00-$100.00/hr on W2

Responsibilities:
•Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional
•Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Certified Implementation Professional
•Related certifications in Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, or Absence Management are often highly valued for lead roles
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 6 years of experience
•College degree preferred
•SIT, UAT, and Parallel Testing leadership
•Solution design and governance; Cross-functional coordination with Benefits, Time & Labor, Finance, and HR
•Payroll inbound and outbound integrations; Audit and reconciliation reporting
•Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration and Payroll flow patterns
•Advanced union experience, including tax and reconciliation experience
•Multi-platform implementations and experience in payroll and HR data governance
