Summary:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Work Mode: Fully Remote
Responsibilities:
Support strategic initiatives to improve customer experience in the development and administration of systems and tools on the Salesforce platform.
Apply skills as a seasoned technologist with a full understanding of industry practices, community standards, and relevant policies and procedures.
Resolve a wide range of issues and demonstrate competency in selecting tools, methods, and techniques to obtain results.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer.
Deep understanding of current Salesforce architecture, processes, products, and best practices.
Experience with administration and development on Core Platform, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), and various Salesforce APIs.
Experience with architecting complex Service Cloud-based solutions involving integration between multiple systems.
Project management experience working closely with project managers and team leads on large, complex projects.
Experience with Mulesoft integrations and building out Operational Data Stores (ODS).
Development experience with CSS, HTML, XML, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, and other programming languages.
Advanced skills in software design, modification, implementation, and deployment, including object-oriented programming concepts.
Ability to create and document business requirements, use cases, and test cases.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to translate between end-users, business analysts, and technical/functional experts.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
