[Responsibilities]
- Analyze and optimize business and technical processes to develop or improve information processing systems
- Collaborate with business units to gather and define requirements for new technology initiatives
- Represent business needs to IT teams, developing comprehensive business cases for system development
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to determine system requirements and control mechanisms
- Evaluate and implement solutions for financial systems, e-commerce tools, and workflow enhancements
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Proficient in SAP and Hyperion with hands-on system/application experience
- Strong background in financial systems and business process analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Project and MS Visio
- Minimum 10 years' professional experience in business process analysis
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills with a proven ability to interact across organizational levels

- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- SAP/Hyperion implementation or transition experience
