Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain a user-friendly SharePoint site for efficient document storage, retrieval, and programmatic collaboration
- Ensure secure access and robust permissions management for multiple user groups
- Design and optimize Excel-based dashboards, pivot tables, macros, and interactive reports to support business decisions
- Build visually compelling graphs, tables, and metrics that communicate key program statistics to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and site usability
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar IT role
- Expertise in SharePoint site development and administration
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, dashboard creation, and data visualization
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise program document management
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools within SharePoint
