 Wipro Givon USA has an exciting new opportunity for an Information Systems Technician to join our team. This position troubleshoots and maintains the company’s computer hardware and software with the direction of Systems Administrator.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES 
·    Ensures that the company’s computer systems function in a proper and efficient manner. 
·    Troubleshoots all existing hardware and software applications as necessary. 
·    Meets established standards for productivity and quality. Confers with supervisor when problems arise, which impact expected level       of performance.
 ·   Support all electronic products including, Servers, Firewalls, Printers, Phones, Routers, Switches, Plotters, Copiers, phones, cameras,          PCs, Laptops, Warehouse equipment, accessories, and more.

 JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES 
·    1 year experience in troubleshooting computer systems, preferably in a PC environment. 
·    Computer Certification desired. 
·    Manufacturing experience is a plus 
 ·   Experience with Office, Exchange, SQL Server, Windows required
