Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, "community" is still the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology. • Supports First Databank integration, including alert configuration.

    • Supports integrations with third-party pharmacy systems.

    • Monitors and supports incident resolution while helping ensure service expectations and project deliverables are met.

    • Provides guidance and mentorship to analysts in application knowledge, problem-solving, testing, implementation, research strategies, and workflow/build coordination.

    • Maintains current professional and application knowledge through continued learning, certification, and proficiency development.

    Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of pharmacy required.

    • Must be licensed as a Pharmacist by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA).

    • Three (3) to five (5) years of hospital pharmacy experience required.

    • In lieu of a pharmacy background and licensure, candidates with strong Epic Willow Analyst experience will be considered.

    • Epic Analyst requirements: Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. A minimum of two (2) or more years of healthcare and/or relevant IT experience required.

    • Epic Willow Certification is strongly preferred.

    • Must obtain Epic certification within 6 months of hire.

    • Experience supporting pharmacy information systems, application workflows, system build, testing, or optimization is beneficial.

    • Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and information systems.
