Requirements
- 4 or more years of experience in application development and systems analysis.
- Proficiency in enterprise programming languages and secure coding protocols.
- Experience in designing program logic, interactive screen layouts, and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Experience with executing user acceptance, performance stress, regression, and integration testing.
- Experience in translating raw business requests into functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Experience with performing continuous software maintenance and debugging complex application systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver technical training and peer support.
Responsibilities
- Write, test, debug, and document custom software programs to support organizational initiatives.
- Evaluate and design application logic, user interface layouts, and system reporting criteria.
- Coordinate UAT, regression, stress, and integration testing to ensure flawless application deployments.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical designs and functional specifications.
- Perform routine system maintenance and troubleshoot production issues to deploy effective code corrections.
- Lead structured technical walkthroughs and mentor junior development staff on programming best practices.
- Collaborate in an on-site team environment to plan, integrate, and implement new technology solutions.
