The Opportunity:
As a CACI Mission & Engineering Support Information System Security Officer (ISSO) supporting the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC), you will contribute to enhancing the security posture of the Department of Defense, interagency, and coalition partners. Located at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, the JNWC is the DOD''s Center of Excellence for Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) capabilities integration.
In this critical role, you will support the warfighter by providing expert information systems security support to protect sensitive PNT information through the implementation of robust security measures. Your work will directly impact the security of joint planning, Operation Plan (OPLAN) analysis, and the execution of NAVWAR operations across all domains and military operations.
You will play a vital part in assessing the security posture of NAVWAR operational capabilities in contested environments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing security tactics, techniques, and procedures to mitigate risks.
