In this contingent resource assignment, you will provide expert consultation on large-scale, complex Information Security Engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact. You will play a key role in evaluating multifaceted security challenges, contributing to strategic solutions, and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of security objectives.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex Information Security Engineering initiatives involving large-scale planning and broad business impact.
• Review, analyze, and assess multifaceted or long-term security challenges that require deep evaluation of technical, operational, and unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex security issues by applying strong understanding of information security functions, policies, procedures, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Collaborate strategically with client and internal stakeholders to align security solutions with business objectives.
• Provide subject-matter expertise to support informed decision-making and risk management.

Minimum qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security Engineering, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of:
  • Professional work or consulting experience
  • Training or certifications
  • Military experience
  • Formal education

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale security initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex or ambiguous environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
