Information Security Analyst - (Vulnerability Management)
Key Responsibilities
Review vulnerability data from multiple sources, including internal and external vulnerability scans and penetration testing activities.
Analyze, normalize, and manage vulnerability data across infrastructure and application environments.
Create, triage, route, and track vulnerability remediation tickets through completion.
Coordinate with remediation teams to ensure vulnerabilities are assigned to the appropriate owners.
Support vulnerability management tools, dashboards, reports, and ticketing processes.
Assist in troubleshooting reporting issues and identifying process improvement opportunities.
Support compliance metrics, automation initiatives, and vulnerability remediation workflows.
Analyze remediation effectiveness and validate post-remediation results.
Partner with security, engineering, and technology teams to optimize vulnerability management processes.
Required Qualifications
2 to 4 years of Information Security experience focused on vulnerability data and remediation support.
Experience working with vulnerability management programs and vulnerability data analysis.
Strong ServiceNow ticketing, triage, and workflow management experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet analysis skills.
Experience managing ticket lifecycles and routing work between multiple teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize, track, and prioritize multiple remediation activities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow SecOps.
Familiarity with vulnerability scanners such as Qualys or similar platforms.
Understanding of vulnerability management practices and Information Security operations.
Experience supporting dashboards, reporting, and remediation metrics.
Exposure to Jira or other work management platforms.
