You will work within a collaborative 10-person team and support leadership visibility through structured, repeatable, and trusted reporting processes.

Role Overview
The Security Metrics & Reporting Analyst is responsible for ongoing execution and maintenance of KRIs, KPIs, and operational cybersecurity metrics. This role supports consistent reporting across security domains by ensuring metrics are refreshed on schedule, validated for data integrity, and delivered through executive dashboards and reporting packages.
This is a business-as-usual (BAU) metrics operations role, focused on data hygiene, dashboard maintenance, reporting production, and metric issue resolution.
Approximately 25% of time will be spent collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Reporting & Dashboard Maintenance
  • Maintain dashboards in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
  • Validate scheduled refreshes and perform visual consistency checks
  • Update drill-down functionality and annotations
  • Produce executive and operational reporting packages (scorecards, risk reports)
Data Quality & Validation
  • Perform data quality checks including:
    • Month-over-month variance analysis
    • Missing or delayed data flags
    • Formula and filter validation
  • Document issues and coordinate resolution with data owners
  • Maintain metric definitions and source system documentation
Metric Intake & Change Support
  • Support metric definition updates and threshold adjustments
  • Track change requests and ensure governance review
  • Assist with dashboard enhancements and ORM challenge processes
Operational Support & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Serve as point of contact for metric clarification
  • Support preparation of executive talking points and narratives
  • Assist with audit support by gathering artifacts and documentation

Required Qualifications

Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage recurring deadlines and structured deliverables
