Job Summary
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Quillen College of Medicine, East Tennessee State University, is accepting applications for full-time Administrative Associate 2 --Information Research Tech II
The Administrative Assistant will serve as the welcoming member to the Academic Office for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, which provides patient care, and education for residents and medical students.
Responsibilities
Support faculty and form submissions, data collection, coordinate with Ballad Health/other departments, etc.)
Schedule meetings
Create projects, spread sheets, work sheets and report templates
Substitute at committees or escort interviewing faculty members while visiting and interviewing
Assist with any clerical needs
Know or learn Outlook, Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint and Outlook.
Know or learn University software programs such as Voyager (Oracle)
Manage the Conference room availability
Pick up and distribute Mail to and from the mail room
Run other errands as necessary
Back up to other Administrative Associate and Business Manager
Be willing and open to learn and grow.
