Information Representative Records

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing firm, and we are recruiting for an experienced Information Representative Records. This is a long-term contract with the largest public energy provider in the U.S.

Hourly Rate Range: $24.00 to $28.75 p/h (time and a half for overtime)
Citizenship:U.S. Citizenship is required
Client Location: Knoxville, TN.
Residency: Local or Regional candidates only.
Proposed start date: 07/20/26
Proposed end date: 09/30/27

Functions and Responsibilities:
- Fully performs both standard and non-standard transactions associated with the information management job family.
- Typical duties include: selecting, applying, and explaining procedures and practices to identify and resolve discrepancies; researching information sources; and documenting and coordinating results.
- Analyzes and performs assessments of records and documents submitted by various organizations to ensure compliance with appropriate procedural requirements.
- Interprets and analyzes customer requests for record and document retrieval to determine location and retrievability.
- Identifies and reports system software and hardware problems to the appropriate technical personnel.
- Views and prints documents and records from various types of micrographics and reproduction equipment.
- Maintains centralized information centers to support daily work activities.
- Identifies discrepancies and resolves problems for document control and records management transactions.
- Responsible for inputting, maintaining, and retrieving information from manual and automated systems.
- Provides guidance and ongoing customer service to field personnel in processing and correcting transactions.
- Trains end-user customers on information systems capabilities and new applications.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated competencies at the administrative representative level.
- Advanced knowledge of information systems and equipment for micrographics, reproduction, and computer software and hardware.
- Minimum of a 2-year associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
