    Position Overview

    We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Information Processing Clerk to join our remote team. This entry-level position supports daily operations by entering, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining business information across digital systems, spreadsheets, databases, and documents.

    The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, following established procedures, and completing routine computer-based assignments with accuracy and attention to detail.

    Previous professional experience is not required. Training and guidance will be provided to qualified candidates.

    Key Responsibilities

    Information Processing & Data Entry

    • Enter and update information in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

    • Process information from approved documents and other authorized sources.

    • Review entered information for accuracy and completeness.

    • Update existing records with current information.

    • Identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent data.

    • Correct routine errors when authorized.

    • Perform basic quality-control checks.

    • Maintain accurate and organized digital records.

    • Follow established data-processing procedures.

    Document & File Management

    • Upload, label, categorize, and organize electronic documents.

    • Maintain digital filing systems and shared folders.

    • Review documents for completeness and basic accuracy.

    • Apply established file-naming and storage standards.

    • Maintain document indexes and tracking logs.

    • Archive completed records according to established procedures.

    • Retrieve authorized documents when requested.

    • Organize templates, forms, reports, and reference materials.

    Administrative Support

    • Provide routine administrative assistance to managers and team members.

    • Prepare and update spreadsheets, trackers, lists, and basic documents.

    • Process routine forms and internal requests.

    • Maintain administrative records and logs.

    • Route documents and information to appropriate team members.

    • Monitor shared administrative channels when assigned.

    • Assist with general clerical and administrative projects.

    Data Verification & Quality

    • Compare information against approved source documents.

    • Review records for errors, missing details, or inconsistencies.

    • Perform routine verification and quality checks.

    • Identify records requiring additional review.

    • Follow established procedures for correcting information.

    • Report unresolved discrepancies appropriately.

    • Help maintain accurate and current company information.

    Operations Support

    • Track routine assignments, deadlines, and outstanding requests.

    • Update operational and administrative trackers.

    • Monitor assigned processing tasks.

    • Assist with compiling information for routine reports.

    • Follow up on administrative action items when requested.

    • Coordinate routine information between departments.

    • Help maintain organized and efficient workflows.

    Communication & Team Support

    • Communicate professionally through email, chat, and virtual meetings.

    • Respond to routine internal requests.

    • Provide status updates regarding assigned responsibilities.

    • Ask for clarification when instructions or information are incomplete.

    • Coordinate with team members to resolve routine processing issues.
