Responsibilities:- Act as the main contact between Information Management (IM) and assigned business units.
- Identify and document business and technical requirements.
- Recognize gaps in technical requirements and propose solutions.
- Recommend process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate on unresolved non-transactional or cross-team incidents.
- Create and submit high-level business plans through the Business Technology Vetting process.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships at all levels.
- Communicate project updates and requests to stakeholders.
- Partner with business leaders and IM/HI teams to define opportunities and prioritize projects.
- Represent IM in promoting its services and capabilities.
