Job Summary:
Scope of Services:

• Select and manage a team of data modernization and informatics staff.
• Lead the team’s strategic planning and implementation process.
• Manage data infrastructure to improve data integration, enhance interoperability, ensure effective data governance, and support reporting and visualization development.
• Ensure modernization efforts improve data timeliness, quality, coordination of data activities, reduce data burden, and integrate emerging/open-source technologies where possible.
• Coordinate with agency experts to assess the data environment and identify improvements for developing effective data warehouse and integration strategies.

• 10+ years of professional experience in health or related data/systems management.

• Master’s degree in public health, Health Informatics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience working with public health agencies (e.g., CDC, NIH, or State Departments of Health) on legacy data modernization.
