Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an Informatica P360 Lead for their Saint Paul, MN/Remote location.
Responsibilities:
- Design comprehensive Informatica Product 360 architectures that support scalable product information management across multiple business units and regions, ensuring robust alignment with enterprise data strategies and long term growth objectives.
- Guide end to end solution design for Product 360 implementations including data modeling configuration and workflow orchestration to deliver reliable product data foundations for manufacturing and downstream business applications.
- Define Product 360 admin standards for environment setup user management and security configuration to maintain controlled and auditable access to sensitive product and reference data assets.
- Optimize Product 360 performance through capacity planning environment tuning and proactive monitoring so that large volumes of industrial manufacturing product records can be processed efficiently.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex product information requirements into practical Informatica Product 360 solution designs that improve data usability and process efficiency.
- Establish data governance practices around product master data including stewardship models data ownership and approval flows to improve product data accuracy and trust across the organization.
- Drive integration patterns between Product 360 and upstream or downstream systems such as ERP PLM and ecommerce platforms to enable consistent and synchronized product information across all channels.
- Review existing product data processes and system configurations to identify modernization opportunities and create roadmaps that incrementally enhance Product 360 capabilities and user experiences.
- Provide architectural guidance and best practices to implementation teams configuring Product 360 components to ensure maintainable solutions and predictable deployment outcomes.
- Develop standardized templates guidelines and solution blueprints for Product 360 use cases tailored to industrial manufacturing scenarios including complex bills of materials and multilevel product hierarchies.
- Evaluate new Informatica Product 360 features and related technologies and recommend adoption strategies that strengthen the product data platform and support evolving business and regulatory needs.
- Mentor project teams on Product 360 design principles and data management concepts enabling consistent delivery quality and sustainable knowledge growth across the organization.
- Coordinate with operations and support functions to design robust backup recovery and change management approaches for Product 360 environments maintaining high availability and controlled releases.
Requirements:- Demonstrate extensive hands on experience in Informatica Product 360 Admin including configuration environment management and ongoing platform operations for large scale enterprise implementations.
- Show strong expertise in Informatica Product 360 functional capabilities including data model design attribute management workflows and user interface configuration applied to complex product data landscapes.
- Apply advanced understanding of master data management and product information management concepts to design solutions that improve product data quality enrichment and governance maturity.
- Utilize industrial manufacturing domain knowledge where available to model product structures technical specifications and multilevel components in ways that support engineering production and commercial processes.
- Exhibit proficiency in enterprise integration patterns and data exchange mechanisms ensuring Product 360 can reliably interact with ERP PLM CRM and digital commerce platforms.
- Bring solid experience in hybrid work environments managing collaboration across onsite and remote stakeholders while maintaining clear communication and structured delivery practices.
- Demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills to investigate complex product data issues and design pragmatic remediation approaches that prevent recurrence and improve system resilience.
- Leverage experience in large scale enterprise projects with twelve to sixteen years in architecture or senior technical roles to balance strategic design decisions with practical implementation constraints.
- Apply clear documentation and communication abilities to produce architecture artifacts solution specifications and data flow descriptions that are easily understood and consistently adopted by project teams.
