Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:
• 8+ years of experience in IT with depth in Data Management
• 5+ years of experience in Informatica MDM suite of products
• Good hands-on experience working with Informatica MDM 360 solutions multi-domain edition (Customer, Cloud/Customer, Product, Supplier, Reference)
• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Informatica ETL, Data Quality
• 8+ years of Consulting experience with Big 5 or Tier 1 firms
• Must have implemented minimum 5 full lifecycle MDM
• 5+ years of proven experience working with Service Oriented and Event Driven Architectures (SOA / EDA), JMS messaging, SOAP and RESTful services
• Must have hands-on experience with MDM Hub configurations - Data modeling & Data Mappings, Data validation, RDM, Match and Merge rules
• Experience in integrating external business application with MDM hub using Batch process and message queues
• Good hands-on experience working with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, ELK Stack, TeamCity, TFS, GIT, Python, etc
• Detailed understanding of data governance and data profiling concepts
• Experience in integrating data quality tools e.g. IDQ, Trillium
• Solid understanding and experience with Java, .Net, PL/SQL
• Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) architectures and business processes
• Solid understanding of Data integration, Data Quality, Data Architecture and Master Data Management, project life cycle Phases, best practices and processes
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical design and code
• Performance tuning of Application, Database for MDM platforms
• Collaborate with various technical teams and business users for Development, QA, and Operations Support
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to engage with customers, stakeholders to drive MDM design-decisions
• Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts and other MDM tools.
• Nice to have experience in Banking and/or Insurance domain.
