Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, administering, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Infor Certification is required — candidates must hold a current and valid Infor certification relevant to HCM, Payroll, or a related Infor product module.
  • Hands-on experience with Infor Payroll or Infor HCM.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes.
  • Sharp attention to detail — particularly when validating numerical payroll outputs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with data analysis and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with system upgrades, patches, and releases.
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and user experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Infor application modules, business rules, workflows, and system settings in accordance with business requirements.
  • Analyze payroll data, perform reconciliations, and investigate payroll discrepancies to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand operational needs and translate them into configuration and solution designs.
  • Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to improve application performance and user experience.
  • Develop, execute, and document functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance test cases.
