Senior ERP Solutions Analyst (Infor CSI / Manufacturing Systems)

Location: Remote from approved locations
Reports To: Director of Enterprise Applications

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP professional to lead the strategy, optimization, and long-term management of our enterprise manufacturing platform. This role serves as the primary business and technology owner for the organization's Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) environment and is responsible for ensuring the platform effectively supports operational excellence, process standardization, and business growth across multiple manufacturing locations.

The ideal candidate combines deep functional expertise in Infor CSI with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, business process improvement, and enterprise systems governance. This individual will work closely with operational leaders, technology teams, and external partners to drive continuous improvement while maintaining platform stability, compliance, and scalability.


Key Responsibilities

Enterprise ERP Leadership

  • Act as the primary owner of the Infor CSI platform, overseeing configuration strategy, process alignment, and overall system health.

  • Establish governance practices that promote consistency, data quality, and sustainable system growth.

  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for ERP capabilities, enhancements, and future platform investments.

  • Evaluate emerging Infor technologies and identify opportunities to improve business performance through automation and innovation.

Business Process Optimization

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve core manufacturing and supply chain processes through effective use of ERP capabilities.

  • Support initiatives involving:

    • Supply and demand planning

    • Production scheduling and materials management

    • Inventory control and warehouse operations

    • Procurement and supplier management

    • Order fulfillment and customer service processes

    • Quality management and product traceability

  • Translate business objectives into scalable system solutions and process improvements.

Solution Delivery & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead the functional design and deployment of new ERP capabilities, enhancements, and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with development teams and third-party partners on integrations, reporting solutions, and system extensions.

  • Oversee testing activities, user acceptance processes, deployment planning, and post-implementation support.

  • Ensure solutions are maintainable, secure, and aligned with organizational standards.

Data & Compliance Management

  • Promote strong master data management practices across products, inventory, suppliers, routings, and bills of material.

  • Support internal controls through appropriate system configuration, security design, and change management procedures.

  • Monitor data quality and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and reliability across the ERP landscape.

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with operational and audit requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders regarding ERP capabilities and process improvements.

  • Facilitate discussions around standardization, best practices, and operational efficiency.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts, power users, and project teams.

  • Drive adoption of enterprise processes and system utilization across the organization.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered.

  • Minimum of seven years supporting and enhancing Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) or Infor SyteLine environments.

  • Demonstrated experience leading ERP initiatives within manufacturing organizations.

  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, procurement, manufacturing execution, and order processing workflows.

  • Proven ability to bridge business requirements with effective ERP solutions and process improvements.

  • Experience managing system enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and cross-functional projects.


Preferred Experience

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in enterprise systems leadership.

  • Experience supporting multi-site or global manufacturing operations.

  • Familiarity with ERP integrations, reporting platforms, and data architecture concepts.

  • Working knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools.

  • Experience operating within regulated or quality-focused manufacturing environments.

  • Exposure to emerging ERP technologies, workflow automation, and AI-enabled business solutions.
