Influencer & Affiliate Specialist

We are seeking a full-time strategic Influencer & Affiliate Specialist to join the Content & Community team at Trove Brands. As an Influencer & Affiliate Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and scaling a multi-brand creator ecosystem across Owala, BlenderBottle, and Oath Nutrition. You will help recruit, onboard, and support ambassadors, influencers, creators, athletes and affiliates while owning day-to-day program execution across multiple initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to grow community, increase brand awareness, drive sales, and identify opportunities to improve creator experience, operational efficiency, and program performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and own day-to-day execution of ambassadors, influencers, creators, athletes and affiliate programs across Trove Brands
• Source, evaluate, and recruit for our creator cohorts based on brand fit, audience demographics, content quality, performance, and program objectives.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new partners understand program expectations, tools, resources, brand guidelines, and opportunities available within each program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors, influencers, creators, athletes, talent managers, agencies, and other partners to foster long-term collaboration.
• Provide ongoing support, communication, and engagement to keep partners informed, supported, and connected to each brand.
• Support end-to-end campaign execution across creator outreach, product seeding, campaign briefs, timelines, content tracking, creator follow-ups, approvals, posting status, usage rights, payouts and campaign wrap-ups.
• Coordinate seeding, content delivery, asset organization, and creator communication across ambassador and influencer campaigns.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Social, Paid Media, E-commerce, Legal, and other internal teams to support creator campaigns and broader business priorities.
• Support TikTok Shop affiliate initiatives including creator recruitment, product seeding, affiliate communication, commission opportunities, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and analyze creator performance across revenue, conversions, GMV, traffic, content performance, creator participation, posting rates, affiliate performance, and program growth.
• Prepare regular reports and performance recaps to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure creators follow brand, legal, disclosure, and ethical standards.
• Maintain high-quality standards across creator content, communication, campaign execution, and partner interactions to protect each brand's reputation.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an Influencer Specialist, Ambassador Specialist, Creator Marketing Specialist, or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of social media language, metrics, trends, creator culture, and platform best practices.
• Experience with creator, affiliate, ecommerce, or social commerce platforms. Experience with Superfiliate, TikTok Shop, CJ Affiliate, Shopify, or similar platforms preferred.
• Proficiency across social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators, priorities, and deadlines at once.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Strong creator judgment with the ability to evaluate brand fit, content quality, audience alignment, and partnership potential.
• Comfortable communicating directly with creators, talent managers, agencies, and affiliate partners in a professional and brand-appropriate manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
