Ideal Candidate Must possess 10+ years of IT and Supply Chain Technology experience. Must have strong hands-on experience with Infios WMS (formerly HighJump/Körber WMS). Must have experience working as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Functional Lead for Warehouse Management solutions.
Must have strong knowledge of: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Inbound Receiving Putaway Inventory Management Cycle Counting Replenishment Picking Packing Shipping Returns Processing
Must have experience managing: Product Roadmaps Product Backlogs User Stories Agile/Scrum Delivery
Must have experience working closely with Business, Warehouse Operations, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Implementation teams. Must possess excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. Experience implementing or enhancing HighJump/Körber/Infios WMS solutions is highly preferred. Exposure to ERP, OMS, TMS, Automation, and Material Handling System integrations is highly preferred. The Infios WMS Product Manager will own the product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise Warehouse Management platform while partnering with business stakeholders, warehouse operations, engineering teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable warehouse management capabilities. The successful candidate will gather business requirements, manage product backlogs, prioritize enhancements, support Agile delivery, coordinate releases, oversee UAT, and continuously improve warehouse operations supporting enterprise supply chain initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Own the Infios WMS product roadmap and strategy. Gather and analyze business requirements. Create and prioritize product backlog, epics, and user stories. Work closely with Business, Warehouse Operations, Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams. Define acceptance criteria and validate completed functionality.
Drive continuous improvements across warehouse operations. Support UAT, release planning, production deployments, and stabilization. Collaborate with ERP, OMS, TMS, Automation, and Material Handling teams. Ensure successful WMS integrations across enterprise platforms. Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements. Serve as the primary liaison between Business and Technology teams.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline. 10+ years of IT and Supply Chain Technology experience. Strong Infios WMS (HighJump/Körber WMS) experience. Product Manager / Product Owner / Functional Lead experience. Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management processes. Experience managing Product Roadmaps and Product Backlogs. Experience writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Agile/Scrum experience. Strong stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
