Infectious Disease Physician Fort Myers, Florida - $265K-$320K + wRVU's

Full-Time | Inpatient and Outpatient Practice |

Join a busy and growing Infectious Disease practice in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida. We are seeking a fellowship-trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Infectious Disease Physician to provide a combination of inpatient and outpatient care within a comprehensive, well-supported health system.

The practice is conveniently located and offering direct access to on-site laboratory services, diagnostic testing, and other essential clinical resources.

Position Highlights

• Full-time Infectious Disease opportunity
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Weekend call rotation of approximately 1:3
• Established, busy, and growing practice
• Convenient location within HealthPark Medical Center
• Access to on-site laboratory and diagnostic services
• Opportunity to participate in resident education and teaching
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are valued but not required

Clinical Support and Resources

Physicians have access to an extensive network of complementary services, including:

• Large ambulatory infusion center
• Complex and transitional care unit for ongoing patient follow-up
• Wound care clinic
• On-site laboratory services
• Diagnostic testing
• Additional clinical and specialty support throughout the health system

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Fellowship training in Infectious Disease
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease
• Interest in practicing general Infectious Disease
• Interest or experience in mycobacterial infections is beneficial but not required
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
• Interest in medical education and resident teaching is welcomed
• English/Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required
