    Infant/Toddler Teacher

    Primrose School of Fairfax
    Primrose School of Fairfax is seeking a warm, nurturing, and experienced Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our growing preschool community. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development and creating a safe, engaging, and loving classroom environment for our youngest learners.
    Our teachers help foster curiosity, confidence, and compassion through the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach while building strong relationships with children and families.
    Responsibilities
    • Provide attentive and nurturing care for infants and toddlers
    • Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
    • Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
    • Follow daily classroom schedules and routines
    • Maintain active supervision and ensure licensing compliance at all times
    • Communicate professionally and positively with families and team members
    • Assist with feeding, diapering, nap routines, and classroom organization
    • Work collaboratively with leadership and staff to maintain a positive school culture
    Qualifications
    • Experience working with infants and/or toddlers in a licensed childcare setting required
    • Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
    • Strong understanding of child development and early learning practices
    • Warm, patient, and dependable personality
    • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
    • CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
