    Description

    Infant/Toddler Teacher
     
    Pay Range: $18.00–$20.00/hour

    We are seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher who brings patience, warmth, and professionalism to our infant program. If you are dependable, compassionate, and motivated by mission-driven work, we want to hear from you!
     
    Who We Seek
    We seek an Infant/Toddler Teacher who will work under the guidance of the Lead Infant Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants.
    This role supports the education, daily care, and well-being of children while incorporating RFK Community Alliance’s promise and principles, as well as developmentally appropriate practices aligned with NAEYC standards.

    You are a sensitive, mature, and caring team player who relates well to both children and adults
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Responsibilities include care and supervision of children, teaching, family partnerships, professionalism, and professional development
    • Participate in trainings, workshops, and professional development required by EEC and the program
    Qualifications
    • Must be at least 18 years of age or possess a high school diploma or equivalent
    • Must meet all Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) qualifications for the position
    • Infant/Toddler Teacher certification by EEC required
    • Experience working with infants preferred
    Requirements
    • High School Diploma required
    • Associate’s degree or CDA preferred
    Shift
    • 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
      Hours of Operation: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
