Infant/Toddler Teacher Pay Range: $18.00–$20.00/hour Join the dedicated team at RFK Community Alliance’s Child Development Center, where responsive caregiving and strong relationships help lay the foundation for lifelong learning. We are seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher who brings patience, warmth, and professionalism to our infant program. Who We Seek We seek an Infant/Toddler Teacher who will work under the guidance of the Lead Infant Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants. This role supports the education, daily care, and well-being of children while incorporating RFK Community Alliance’s promise and principles, as well as developmentally appropriate practices aligned with NAEYC standards.
