Description

Our center is looking for Lead Teachers to join the Infant/Toddler teaching team at our growing school.

Some responsibilities of the Teacher are:
  • Lesson plan creation and implementation.
  • Use of positive guidance techniques.
  • Build and maintain parent/teacher relationships.
  • Evaluate, observe, and develop each child's abilities.
  • Create a caring community where families feel welcome.

Minimum education requirements:
  • 60 college credits in any field, including 30 credits in Early Childhood Education or related field; OR
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field; OR
  • Bachelor's degree in ANY field, AND 2 courses in education or child development; OR 
  • Be able to complete one of these options within 3 months of hire.

Additional post-employment coursework may be required to work for certain positions.
