Infant Teacher Position (Full-Time) – Gan Mah Tov Preschool

Gan Mah Tov Preschool is seeking a warm, experienced Infant Teacher to join our nurturing early childhood program.

We are looking for someone who brings a calm, loving presence and understands the importance of the earliest years in a child’s development.

Qualifications (Title 22 compliant):

• 12 ECE units required
• Minimum 3 units in Infant/Toddler Development
• At least 6 months of experience working with infants
• Fully qualified to be in a ratio and work independently

• Creates a safe, responsive, and nurturing environment
• Builds strong, trusting relationships with infants and families
• Understands infant development and follows each child’s individual needs
• Communicates openly and works collaboratively with a team
• Brings warmth, patience, and flexibility to the classroom
