The Learning Experience - East Brunswick is hiring a warm, patient, and dependable Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team.
Our infant classroom is built around responsive care, meaningful interactions, and age-appropriate learning experiences. We're looking for someone who understands the importance of building trust, providing consistent routines, and helping our youngest learners feel safe and supported.
What You'll Do
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants throughout the school day
- Support feeding, diapering, safe sleep, and daily care routines
- Create engaging, age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
- Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum through early learning experiences
- Support physical, cognitive, language, and social-emotional development
- Observe developmental milestones and maintain daily care documentation
- Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming infant classroom
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
- Follow New Jersey childcare licensing, infant care, health, and safety requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED r
