As a Lead Infant Teacher at Primrose of Manhattan at East 82nd Street, you’ll create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule designed to develop children’s confidence and independence. You’ll help guide these little ones through small group instruction as they grow their ability to absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required
Valid NYS B-2 Teaching Certificate or study plan eligible
CPR / First Aid certified required
Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children in childcare, daycare, or preschool setting
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
