    Job Description:
    Our client is a global technology consulting and digital transformation organization delivering enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and IT solutions across multiple industries.
    They are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Network Administrator to support the planning, design, implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise network and telephony infrastructure. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for maintaining a highly available network environment while providing guidance to a team of network engineers and administrators.

    Responsibilities
    • Network Administration
    • Design, implement, administer, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
    • Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and Unified Communications
    • Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity
    • Troubleshoot complex network connectivity and performance issues
    • Support LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and MPLS environments
    • Perform network upgrades, maintenance, and lifecycle management
    • Network Engineering
    • Design and optimize routing, switching, and load balancing environments
    • Configure and support dynamic routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP
    • Implement Quality of Service (QoS) technologies
    • Support Cisco wireless controllers and access points
    • Configure and maintain Cisco IOS environments
    • Utilize NetFlow and network analysis tools to identify and resolve performance issues
    • Network Security
    • Support enterprise network security technologies including:
    • Firewalls
    • IPSec and SSL VPNs
    • Access control
    • Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS)
    • Assist with securing enterprise infrastructure and maintaining network reliability
    • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to network engineers and administrators
    • Collaborate with facilities and infrastructure teams on structured cabling and network deployments
    • Participate in infrastructure planning and architecture discussions
    • Create and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams
    • Present technical recommendations to IT leadership
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
    • 8+ years of enterprise network administration and engineering experience
    • Experience leading or mentoring network engineering teams
    • Strong expertise with Cisco networking technologies
    • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Technical Skills
    Experience with many of the following:
    • Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking
    • Cisco Unified Communications
    • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Ethernet
    • LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and MPLS
    • Routing protocols including:
    • BGP
    • OSPF
    • EIGRP
    • Cisco IOS
    • Cisco Catalyst platforms
    • Cisco Wireless Controllers and Access Points
    • QoS technologies
    • NetFlow
    • Network monitoring and packet analysis tools
    • Structured copper and fiber cabling standards
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Preferred Qualifications
    • Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
    • Experience designing enterprise Cisco network environments
    • Knowledge of network performance tuning and optimization
    • Experience with enterprise network security technologies
    • Bilingual English/Korean is a plus but not required
    • Additional Information
    • Onsite position located in Clarksville, TN
    • Occasional domestic and international travel may be required
    • Participation in planned maintenance and occasional after-hours support as needed
