We are seeking an experienced Industrial Water/Wastewater Engineering Principal to lead complex industrial water and wastewater projects while driving strategic growth initiatives across multiple industrial sectors. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a technical expert who thrives on client engagement, business development, and mentoring engineering teams.

In this role, you will help shape the strategic direction of industrial water and wastewater services, expand key client relationships, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across several office locations. You will play a critical role in supporting projects within the Manufacturing, Mining, Power, and Solid Waste industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and trusted advisory support to both clients and internal project teams
• Lead project execution efforts including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, and cost control
• Manage and direct multidisciplinary engineering and scientific teams to deliver successful project outcomes
• Build and strengthen client relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Support strategic growth initiatives across industrial market sectors
• Participate in networking, industry engagement, and business development activities
• Mentor, recruit, and support the development of engineering staff and project teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Strong background in industrial water and wastewater systems
• Proven experience in consulting project management and client relationship development
• Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth initiatives
• Technical expertise with:
• Process calculations
• Block Flow Diagrams (BFDs)
• Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
• Mass balance development
• Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Process control and instrumentation systems
• Equipment and piping specifications
