Industrial Wastewater Process Consultant
Location: Northwestern US region
Reports To: RBL Division Leader
Status: Exempt
Travel: 6-9 days per month, self-directed
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and support existing products, professional services, and customer service at assigned regional client sites through routine customer communication (in person, email, and video)
Independently schedule and collect onsite samples, select appropriate analyses for lab testing, analyze operational data, and report results
Perform biological and equipment troubleshooting for wastewater treatment systems
Set up, execute, and report on biological experiments
Conduct biological training sessions for client personnel
Develop solution-based proposals for prospective and existing clients
Required Abilities:
Experience working with industrial wastewater treatment systems
2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, wastewater operations, or design engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, but strong candidates from plant operations are encouraged to apply
Willingness to travel by car (4-6 hours) and by air
