• Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 base + bonus (negotiable for the right candidate)

Who we are

Join a small, collaborative Chicago-based team that partners daily with our European headquarters. We design and deliver screw compactors that de-water and compact recyclable waste—helping industrial customers improve throughput, safety, and sustainability.

Impact you will have

• Grow market presence across North America in a defined B2B territory
• Prospect via cold calling, video outreach, and targeted campaigns
• Lead technical discovery, site assessments, and solution scoping
• Create and manage quotations in ERP; follow through to purchase order
• Own customer relationships end-to-end; be the single point of contact
• Maintain accurate CRM records across accounts, activities, and opportunities
• Collaborate with European HQ on engineering details and order processing
• Support trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
• Travel up to 30% (passport required)

What you bring

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Sales, or related field; or 6+ years relevant industrial sales/engineering/service experience
• Track record selling technical or industrial products; capital equipment a plus
• High technical aptitude; adept at converting needs into engineered solutions
• Self-directed, accountable, and persistent
• Manufacturing/recycling/industrial background preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and ERP proficiency
• Detail-focused and highly organized
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Physical and site requirements

• Lift 25 lbs routinely and up to 50 lbs on occasion
• Comfort with climbing and working at above-average heights
• Wear required PPE at customer sites: steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, and/or respirators

• Passport required (up to 30% travel or more)
• Valid driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
