This contract-to-hire opportunity offers hands-on experience with industrial valve assembly, troubleshooting, and testing—perfect for those who thrive in a hands-on, detail-oriented environment.

In this role, you will support the assembly, rebuilding, and testing of industrial valves and related equipment, contributing directly to critical operations in a fast-paced industrial setting. If you enjoy working with tools, following technical documents, and solving mechanical challenges, this position was made for you.

Required Skills:

  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with mechanical components and tools
  • Ability to read and follow schematics, engineering drawings, and technical instructions
  • Experience using hand tools, torque wrenches, calipers, and precision measuring instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in industrial valve assembly or repair
  • Vacuum system experience
  • Cleanroom experience or familiarity with contamination control procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Prior hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, repair, or manufacturing
  • Experience with pneumatic, pressure, or vacuum testing of mechanical systems

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to follow safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols consistently
  • Willingness to follow instructions precisely and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Additional certifications related to mechanical repair or cleanroom procedures are a bonus, and training on contamination control will be provided
