Schedule

• 3rd shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• 2-2-3 rotating pattern with built-in overtime opportunities
• Initial training on 1st shift for about 4–6 months

Your impact

• Complete mechanical and electrical maintenance to ensure reliable operations
• Troubleshoot issues on utilities and production equipment
• Execute PMs, document work, and optimize tasks using a CMMS
• Assist with installing and supporting new machinery
• Adhere to safety practices, including lockout/tagout
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve processes
• Operate forklifts and lifts when required

Must-haves

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance with strong mechanical capability
• 3+ years of electrical experience
• Experience with pumps and industrial systems
• CMMS familiarity and preventive maintenance experience
• Team-oriented approach, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Nice-to-haves

• Pipefitting, machining, or metal fabrication exposure
• Background with boilers, chillers, compressors, and process controls
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot pneumatics
• Refrigeration certification

Physical demands and environment

• Lift up to 50 lbs. solo (100+ lbs. with assistance)
• Comfort working at heights and on ladders near industrial equipment
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing
• Industrial setting with proper PPE and safety practices
