Are you the go-to fixer for complex production equipment?
At Holland Sharpe, we’re looking for an Industrial Systems Maintenance Mechanic who thrives on weekend overnights and loves the challenge of restoring equipment quickly and safely.
Your mission
When a line goes down at 2:15 am, you zero in—check power at 480V 3‑phase, verify VFD status, trace control circuits using schematics, and bring motors, pumps, or servo systems back online. You’ll apply the same rigor to hydraulic and pneumatic issues, fine-tuning valves, cylinders, and regulators. You’ll also dive into Allen Bradley PLC I/O checks and work with Keyence or similar vision systems to resolve detection problems—all while partnering with your team to keep production steady.
What you’ll need to excel
- Industrial Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, control circuits, motors, pumps, and industrial electrical power distribution
- Comfort working on 480V, 3‑phase systems; strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Experience with Keyence Vision or other industrial camera systems
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate within a team

Compensation, shift, and perks
- $30–$34.65 per hour, paid weekly (experience-based)
- 3rd Shift Weekends: Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon / Fri, Sat, Sun
- 11:00 pm – 7:30 am
