The Industrial Systems Engineer at onsemi's premier 200mm manufacturing facility operates with a high-level of autonomy and brings an entrepreneurial spirit for developing analytics and programs that optimize both business and manufacturing operations. They will develop robust data and analytical solutions and use data as the focal point for decision-making and driving improvements. The first project assigned will be to design and implement a process which will ensure capacity model accuracy and completeness using engineering statistics and automated data systems.
