    Your mission

    Own reliability. Crack the toughest faults. Elevate the team. As an Industrial Systems Diagnostics Specialist, you’ll safeguard our automated operation by leading advanced troubleshooting, serving as system steward, and driving lasting improvements.

    Core challenges you will tackle

    • Resolve high-impact mechanical, electrical, and control issues across conveyors, sortation, ASRS, and packaging assets.
    • Diagnose PLC logic anomalies, tune VFDs, commission servo drives, and analyze network health (Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
    • Own critical systems end-to-end—address advanced faulting, timing misalignments, and integration pain points.
    • Lead formal root cause analysis and put in place reliability upgrades that stick.
    • Create and refine preventive and predictive maintenance routines for uptime and asset longevity.
    • Interpret detailed electrical schematics and technical documentation to guide safe, efficient repairs.
    • Coordinate with OEMs and specialized vendors to expedite complex resolutions.
    • Record all maintenance activities, findings, and performance metrics within the CMMS.
    • Support trials, modifications, and capital deployments from scoping to handoff.
    • Mentor Maintenance Technicians I & II through hands-on training and knowledge sharing.

    Schedule

    Wednesday – Saturday, 5:30pm–4:00am

    Qualifications

    • Advanced electrical controls aptitude with strong PLC diagnostic skills.
    • Experience with industrial networking and servo motion systems.
    • Mechanical depth, including power transmission fundamentals.
    • Leadership presence, mentoring mindset, and analytical problem solving.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
    • 3+ years of industrial maintenance within automated environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead complex troubleshooting and maintenance work.
    • Proficiency with CMMS for documentation and performance tracking.

    Physical capabilities

    • Stand and walk for full shifts.
    • Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and crawl for extended periods.
    • Reach, pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
    • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, box cutter, carts) with coordinated movements.
